Percentage of members 2-21 years of age who had at least one dental visit during the measurement year Numerator: Patients who had one or more dental visits with a dental practitioner during the measurement year Denominator: Patients 2 through 21 years of age as of the end of the measurement year (e.g., December 31). Report 6 age stratifications and a total rate: • 2-3 years • 4-6 years • 7-10 years • 11-14 years • 15-18 years • 19-21 years
