Assess whether oral health care was received by age 18 Numerator: Documentation of any of the following: assessment of caries risk using the AAPD Caries-Risk Assessment Tool, dental treatment, referral attempt, dental visit Denominator: Children who turned 18 years of age between 1/1-12/31 of the measurement year who had documentation of a face-to-face visit between the clinician (physician, etc.) and the child that predates the child’s birthday by at least 12 months
