This measure assesses the percentage of caregivers of pediatric health plan patients who indicated whether ("Yes" or "No") their health care provider talked with them about the pros and cons of each choice for child's treatment or health care. Numerator: The number of "Yes" or "No" responses to the question "In the last 6 months, did your child’s doctor or other health provider talk with you about the pros and cons of each choice for your child’s treatment or health care?" Denominator: Number of caregivers of pediatric patients and who answered the question on the CAHPS Health Plan Survey.
