This measure is used to assess the percentage of adult dental plan patients who indicated how often ("Never," "Sometimes," "Usually," or "Always") they had a good experience with different aspects of care from dentists and staff. Numerator: The number of "Never," "Sometimes," "Usually," or "Always" responses on the "Care from Dentists and Staff" questions Denominator: Dental plan patients age 18 years and older who answered the "Care from Dentists and Staff" questions on the CAHPS Dental Plan Survey
