Numerator: Veterans eligible for continuous and comprehensive dental care who are classified within the monitored period as having a high risk of experiencing caries and have received a professional fluoride intervention within 12 months before receiving their first restoration and six months after receiving their second restoration
Denominator: Veterans eligible for continuous and comprehensive dental care who are classified within the monitored period as having a high risk of experiencing caries
